The Heavy Crawls is a Ukrainian band that has been making music since 2013. After playing all over Ukraine and receiving critical acclaim from various publications, the band played their first show in 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona. The band consists of Max Tovstyi, Tobi Samuel, and Serj Manernyi. Max is responsible for guitars, vocals, bass, keyboards, and songwriting, while Tobi takes care of the drums and percussion, and Serj provides the backing vocals and bass.

In 2023, Max had to move to the United States because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The band decided to keep their name and perform the songs from all four of their studio albums. The band's fourth album was recorded using analogue and vintage gear, and it was released in August 2022 on CD and heavyweight marbled vinyl.
